1. Level Up Leads provides training for each specific lead type by the agency owners who created, tested and consistently write business using the leads.
2. Level Up provides transparency by showing sample ads each week so that agents know how to interact with their clients.

How do you recommend I call the leads? Through the CRM, power dialer or my phone?

Is there a phone number or email for Level Up Leads?

All questions should be directed to the Support Portal as it will go directly to the Team Member responsible for handling your concern. Calls or emails will only delay getting the issue resolved.

Why should I post my sale in your system?

Firstly, we want to celebrate your wins and will provide you will graphics to share on social media. We are also able to see which ad the lead originally came from and are able to optimize for the future. This allows us to continue to give you the highest quality leads possible.

I put 5 states in my order, but I have a lot of leads from just one state.

To ensure there are no fulfillment issues, Level Up Leads are assigned as they generated.

How much is 1 point at Level Up Leads?

1 Point is $35

What do points mean at Level Up Leads?

All our leads are priced by point - a higher point value represents more data and a higher intent lead.

Are replacement credits processed by points or by leads?

To ensure there are no fulfilment issues, Level Up will send you point replacements to ensure you receive your replacement leads as quickly as possible.

For example: If a Mortgage Protection Premium lead credit is approved (valued at 3 points), that could be replaced in the following possible ways

1 Mortgage Protection Premium lead (3 points x 1 = 3 points)
2 Mortgage Protection Deluxe leads (1.5 points x 2 = 3 points)
3 General Life Deluxe leads (1 point x 3 = 3 points)

Why do I need 5 states?

Throughout the years of being in business, we have noticed other lead vendors having a problem fulfilling lead orders. We take a proactive approach to ensure your business runs smoothly by requiring 5 state licenses. This allows us to promptly fill lead orders.

How long has Level Up Leads been in business?

The origins of Level Up Leads began in 2020 when two agents from different hierarchies began collaborating on ways to navigate the new world of digital sales. In 2021, Javaughn Spencer and Betsy Barr founded Level Up Consulting Agency as a way to generate leads for themselves and the agents within their agencies. For the next two years, they continued to create and generate leads, write business as well as develop marketing departments for other individual agents.

In 2023, the demand for increased leads prompted a shift in the business strategy and instead of developing marketing departments for other agents, Level Up began offering leads to individual agents.

Using all the data from 3 years of working in the marketing space, Level Up has now proudly served over 800 agents who submitted over $11m in APV to Symmetry Financial Group.

Now we are looking forward to helping YOU level up your business!
